We The People, Inc. of the United States (WTP)
is a charitable non-profit corporation organized
in 1987 to offer humanitarian care and public
safety. Over the years, WTP has expanded its
services to include the prevention and relief of
suffering and hopelessness in the United
States and around the world.

Founded in Massachusetts, WTP has been
actively involved in numerous efforts to
improve public health and safety issues,
providing goods, supplies and medical
assistance to various countries around the
world, offering emergency transitional housing
for women and children and changing the way we think about the homeless.

WTP is approved by the United States Internal Revenue Service to accept tax exempt charitable contributions as an IRS 501 (c)(3) organization since 1988 and continues to help families nationwide in their estate planning and planned giving by exchanging an asset for a WTP Tax-Deductible Gift Annuity.
